Creative and technology solutions provider Keywords Studios has announced a deeper partnership with Microsoft’s AI-enabled content moderation tool, Community Sift. Through this partnership, the companies will combine Keywords human moderators with Community Sift’s AI-powered solutions to provide a true end-to-end content moderation offering.
Community Sift has designated Keywords Studios as a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) for the platform. To support this integration, Keywords Studios plans to hire dedicated team of moderators, community managers, and integration specialists that are familiar with Community Sift.

Additionally, Keywords Studios has acquired a number of companies in the last year to bolster its offering to gaming clients. In 2023, the company spent nearly $250 million (€225 million) on M&A transactions. These acquisitions included PR firm Fortyseven Communications, social media agency Digital Media Management, and development studio The Multiplayer Group. Similarly, Keywords has invested into a game testing accessibility initiative.
Currently, Microsoft’s Community Sift supports 22 languages. It’s possible that Keywords’ globalization and localization services will boost this number alongside providing human moderation support.
